Meet the trainer:
Ursula Lobacz has been professionally training since 2002, when she attained her personal trainer certification through American Council on Exercise. Ursula has always been athletic, playing soccer from the age of 5, enjoying rollerblading, hiking, biking and various other outdoor activities. During her days as an engineer she found herself training friends and family, and was very passionate about helping others attain their fitness goals.
She has now combined her passion for the outdoors and the environment with her passion for fitness. It is a perfect combination that provides her clients with fun and informative sessions that inspire them to find ways to enjoy nature and get fit. This also eliminates the need for a facility that consumes precious resources and adds waste to our world.
Ursula has extensive experience with one-on-one training and group fitness classes, including bootcamp, muscle pump and water aerobics classes. She has worked with a broad range of ages and fitness levels, from older adults to young children, as well as special needs clients. In addition to her time spent working at various gyms in the area, Ursula has spent the past 6 years researching nutrition and avidly promotes whole food, organic cooking. Her experience with natural health, mind/body wellness and physical fitness make her an excellent candidate for helping others break through the barriers that are keeping them from optimal health and wellness.
